20º INTERNATIONAL WATERPOLO TOURNAMENT AND PRACTICE CAMP IN GERMANY

Dear Waterpolo Friends,

We would like to invite you to our 20th annual Waterpolo Tournament. Our Tournament is for women teams, men teams and junior teams (max. age 15 years).In the last years the event has been one of the biggest tournaments in Germany with international teams, some of them playing first/second division. Thetournament will take place on the weekend
04th / 05th September 2010.

Tournament venue: outdoor pooll: Freibad Burgsteinfurt in 48565 Steinfurt.Start / End:Sat. 04. Sep. 2010, ca. 09:30 - So. 05. Sep. 2010, ca. 16:00
Accomodation : Camping on local area at outdoor pool with own tents,or with Camping-mobile on a parking lot with electricity connection near by. For local hotels please contact us, we will provide you with further information.
Food/Beverage: We surely offer several Foods (BBQ & more) and Beverages(alc/non alc) for the teams starting from Friday. Prices will be reasonable!
Party: On Saturday the legendary waterpolo-party will take place
Tournament fee: men team 80€, women and junior per team 65 €
With tournament beginning 15€ are refunded invalue brands.

We will play with the official roules of the DSV (Deutscher Schwimmverband)although the duration of the games may vary. The junior teams also can mixgenders.
All teams compete for a tournament cup for women, men and juniors. Strongteams, playing first and second divison in their country will play a separate competition and compete for an own cup!For the traditional Come-together with Barbeque your arrival on Friday, 4th will be possible like in the last years.
We hope to see you and your team in September 2010 in Steinfurt for a great tournament with a lot of sports & much more fun.

Practice camp in Steinfurt SV Olympia Borghorst Swimming Club plans to give those teams playing in the tournament, the opportunity to use the outdoor pool for a training camp.
The proposed dates for the camp are the 30.08.10 - 03.09.10 and training times from 7.45 pm to 10 pm.
Please note there will be no charge for this time. (There maybe the possibility to have a training sessionin in the morning, but this must be arranged through the pool staff)
